TEIS EMI Shielding Gasket Introduction

 

導電布泡棉是以導電纖維布PU泡棉及熱熔膠膜,經由導入模具、成型模具及定型模具的引導控制,在高溫下溶合包覆的成型體(寬與高的控制)。在單一側貼覆雙面導電膠(亦可使用一般膠),用於須屏蔽導電之機構體位置。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

藉由導電泡棉表面導電布的特性,能有效提供電磁波屏蔽導電接地的功能;導電泡棉於機構體或電子電路接地側,多以導電膠帶黏貼結合,將導電泡棉底側覆上導電膠,貼合於機構體或欲產生短路效果的位置,在利用PU泡棉受壓縮後的回覆力對反向端點施力,進而於機構體間產生導電效果區域屏蔽

 

 

 

導電泡棉是一種低單價且可多元應用的導電屏蔽應用材料,因其擁有良好的電磁波屏蔽高導電性壓縮性(回覆力)、耐高溫...等特性,故於電子產品 EMIESD應用對策領域中,已廣泛且普遍的使用(:電子產品I/O電子產品外殼電路板接地側對策機構體間隙...EMIESD對策)在實際應用中,可另與導電布導電布膠帶銅箔鋁箔吸波材SMT gasket...等材料搭配應用。
